What are some exercises that one may do to be prepared for BASIC?!


Question: What are some exercises that one may do to be prepared for BASIC.?
I am joining the NAVY and I am ideal weight (138 @ 5'8" ) so I don't have to worry about losing any weight. However, I want to make sure that I am as physically prepared for boot-camp as possible.
What are some exercises that I could do to get in shape so that boot-camp doesn't kill me.?Health Question & Answer

fold clothes. thats what my corpsman said he did the most in navy boot camp

Plyometrics:
Squat jumps
Jumping jacks
Running - sprinting and long distance
Mountain climbers
Jump lunges
Hurdles
Side to side ski jumps
Crunches - regular, bicycle and reverse
Push ups - military not women's, wide grip, regular and close grip
Speedbags (Tae bo move)
High Knee running
Running flights of stairs or step ups onto a bench or chair
