yesterday i ate a lot like 3100 calories. i usually only eat 230 to 300 calories a day. i am a vegetarian, and a health nut. but yesterday i ate 3 slices of peach pie, 1 slice of pecan pie, three slices of lemon meringue pie, 1 cup of candied yams, raw veggies, 1 cup of mashed potatoes, 60grams of a peeled apple, weight watchers yogurt, spinach and artichoke dip, 10 pretzel sticks, 2 baked tostido scoops, and 1/2 a cup of boiled squash. also i have a strict life style of refined sugar, enriched flour, bleached flour, fried food, saturated fat, trans fat, salt, sodium, or meat. but as you can see that didn't happen yesterday. so do you think i will gain weight from yesterday.Health Question & Answer

I do not think you will gain much weight as long as it was only one day. However, you should be eating more than 230 to 300 calories a day. Build up to eating more than that (don't do it all at once because your body is used to operating on little and you would gain weight) and also exercise a lot.Health Question & Answer
