How can I make breakfast a healthy and sustaining dinner? HELP?!

Question: How can I make breakfast a healthy and sustaining dinner.? HELP.?
I already had 650 calories today.
Ive ran 4 miles on treadmill and 1/2 a mile on eliptical.
I did a lot of crunches, some leg lifts, and some weight machines for my arms. I am about to do a 10 minute pilates hips/thighs video.

so I exercised today.
but for dinner I want a breakfast-y dinner. I am really craving cereal. how can I make this a healthy option that will get me to 1200 calories.?

I know I want to have kashi go lean cereal with skim milk (200 cal).
I will probably have a pear, small apple, and some blueberries and blackberries. but what else could I have with that to make it to 1200 cals.? I culd have 3 egg whites...but that still wouldnt bring it.

please help me! i want this to be balanced but contain the cereal.
thank you

im 17, 5'5'', and 110-113 lbs depending on the day if that helps any.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
You can add in some potatoes. Ore Ida makes "potatoes o'brien" that are very good. You can also just dice some plain potatoes, onions and a few seasonings of your choice and toss them around in a pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or fat free spray butter (blue bottle--parkay is the best!!). Potatoes are versatile and can be cooked using a variety of spices. They also have enough carbs to keep you from getting hungry for a while. If you want a good dessert try Bryers fat free ice cream. It's delicious!Health Question & Answer

That cereal is great to lose weight but I don't think you even get any nutrients from it since it's insoluble fiber.
Anyway, some sort of omelet would yum. You could add veges and maybe cheese.Health Question & Answer
