How much do you bench press and how much do you curl (Include age)?!


Question: How much do you bench press and how much do you curl (Include age).?
I'm 18 and I usually bench press about 150 for 16 reps and curl about 40 for 12 reps. IS THIS GOOD.?Health Question & Answer

and i bench like 195 max and im 16 but i have been workin out for 2 years so ... and idk how much i curli dont really do that workout even tho i want to get into it.

Curl 95*8 reps

Reps are for endurace.I personally cant do 150 for 16 reps but i have a lot of strength.A lot of reps automatically doesnt mean you can bench and curl a lot.
