Is my everyday routine healthy?!

Question: Is my everyday routine healthy.?
I wake up(school days) 6:00am, drink milk, toothbrush, go to school, 5:30pm go home, eat snacks, watch tv, eat dinner, take a shower, computer, watch tv, sleep 12:00am.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
On average you should be getting around 8 hours sleep each night so even though some of the best tv shows are on late at night, sacrificing a few of them to get in a few extra hours of sleep would make a difference to your concentration and general well being during the day.

also, breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day as it kick-starts your metabolism and allows you to have more energy throughout the day. Think of it this way, you're skipping the first meal after 6 hours of eating nothing, so your body isn't going to thank you for that =]

You didn't make any mention of lunch so I hope you're eating it while you're at school!

Do you play sports at all.? If you're not into any sports at all, just going for a walk in the afternoon when you get home for 30 minutes instead of kicking back and watching tv is enough.

Other than those three things, there isn't really anything wrong with your routine as long as you're eating healthy and having plenty to drink, you're fine!

Hope I helped =]Health Question & Answer

no. you need:
- exercise! (unless you do sports after school.?)
- more sleep! (i'm assuming you're a teenager, and teenagers need more than the average 7-8, about 8-10 hours)
- a well-rounded consistent diet! you need more meals (lunch and breakfast), snacks won't exactly cut it, and 80% of people are malnourished. the most common health problem of teenagers is not getting all of the vitamins, minerals, and water that their body needs. pack 2 waterbottles in your backpack to drink at school, and take a multivitamin every morning!

you are good at: hygiene and not being a sleepyhead! woohoo!Health Question & Answer
