What is a good conditioning plan...?!


Question: What is a good conditioning plan....?
I have until February to get a lot better conditioned. Currently I can probably run a mile in like 15 minutes, mostly because I have to stop so often. So, I was just wondering, what should I do to be able to run faster/longer.? also, do push-ups still work if you use your knees instead of your feet.? It's the same position, but it just gives better support to your arms. Thanks for all the help anyone gives me.Health Question & Answer

You need to look at your lifestyle, and diet, they will influence your results greatly.
Next is to workout 3 times a week, short (45min maximum) but intense workouts that will have the blending of explosive excercises coupled with cardio work.

Simple things to implement are:
REDUCE or Stop using: soft-drinks (replace with water), dont smoke, eat healthy meals no larger than about 3 - 4 clenched fist sized meals.

You should look great in about 2 - 4 months. CONSISTENCY is the secret that glues everything together!

1)are you sure it takes you 15 minutes to run a mile,most adults can walk a mile in 15 minutes.?,try jogging slowly at first.
2)push ups are tough for some people,doing them on your knees is ok but try to build up to regular push ups.Health Question & Answer
