Should I use whey protein or hydroxycut?!


Question: Should I use whey protein or hydroxycut.?
I'm trying to both lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. I do cardio 3 times a week and weight training 2 times a week with a 10 minute cardio warm up. Should I take whey protein, hydroxycut, or both.? I've taken them separately in the past and both helped in the progress of my weight loss, but not sure if I want to use both.

also, is it a good idea to be lifting heavy weights if you're main focus is to lose weight.? I mean, when I first joined the gym, my main focus was on gaining muscle and without even trying too hard to lose weight, I still lost a lot of weight. also, I don't like lifting light. I find I don't get any positive results (weight loss or muscle gain) from doing it and it tends to be a bit boring.

Your fine, i would use whey protein man, i dont see why you need to lose weight if its muscle, if you do intense and hard workouts with heavy weights you will lose fat and the only reason you will be gaining is if its all muscle, that is, if your consistently working out with this whey. good luck!!Health Question & Answer
