I think that would be a little hard and maybe unhealthy but I'm not quite sure.
What I'm saying probably sounds a lot easier then it will be, its gonna be hard, but I think if you try really hard you can drop about maybe one size

First, drink water as much as possible, this cleans out your system
Second, jumping jacks and push ups do wonders for your arms and legs
do about 50 push ups a day at first and work your way up over the days and you can pick the number of jumping jacks
Third- Eat right, its really hard I hate to say it but this isn't going to be easy. Eat fruits for snacks, dinner have meat (not fat) and protein (rice, eggs)
Fourth- RUN; you don't even have to run, you can just walk for about 20 minutes a day and work your way up
