Question: What if i eat a pack of chocolate cookies everyday and do a lot of workout.?
well if u ever heard about the brand of this cookie called OREO and i just love it!! also i exercise during the day..like a couple of hs in the morning..besides i wanna lose 12pounds during the next 3 months..
so i wonder if it's just like that i cant give up eating that cookie, and also do alot of workout...i mean, is that okay with weight loss.?.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
If you were already the ideal weight, and you had a good metabolism you could probably maintain your weight.

If you want to lose 12 lbs - eating cookies is not the way to do it. If you can't do without it, have a buddy allot you say 1 cookie every day at a given time or something and hide the package from you. Although, for me, going cold turkey on sweets is easier than that.

I don't know what you mean by a "package". I will say this though, running (not jogging) for 30 minutes is approximately equal to 10 oreo cookies calorie wise. Unless you are in better shape than me - it's just not worth it. You would have to walk briskly for over an hour to work it off. And that is to get you back to where you started - you won't be making any progress.

Do yourself a favor. I'm not going to tell you which is more important, losing weight or eating oreos - but you really should choose one or the other - because otherwise, you are just kidding yourself. People who are ideal weight work hard at it. If food didn't taste so good there wouldn't be so many people with eating disorders. Hang in there sister ;)

I love your diet alternatives! For 6 months I ate mostly pop tarts after my divorce and lost weight. That was about as long as I could stand them. Weight loss is all about burning more than you put in. Just remember that all those cookies may give you high cholesterol and dont have much nutritional value. You could replace some of them with much better foods.Health Question & Answer
