Is it too late to lose the flab?!

Question: Is it too late to lose the flab.?
If i keep up to 50 sit ups every other day will i be able to lose my belly flab.? bearing in mind that i am 34 with two children youngest being 6 and i have had my stomach blown up twice, once for gallbladder removal and another time for an ERCP, so my stomach has been stretched quite a bit. Or would i need to do more sit ups.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Sit ups will not reduce your tummy, only strengthen it, what you need to do is raise your cardio output.
Try fast walking until you can do at least a mile without getting out of breath, then include small amounts of jogging between the fast walking for another mile.
See how you get on.
Good luck.Health Question & Answer
