Anyone have a good diet plan?!


Question: Anyone have a good diet plan.?
I need a diet plan for a week.. I cant really think of one myself.. because i'm lazy and just not good with that type of thing : )

Anyone had a diet plan that actually worked for them.?.?

Hi, I have just the plan for you, but if you want to lose more than a few ounces, like a half stone or more, you'll need to keep this going for 6 or 7 weeks at least, okay first of all, we all need to know, that while excercise is good for you, you can lose weight by just eating more sensibly.
Breakfast....dried apricots or prunes and wheat flakes in a bowl of semi-skimmed milk

elevenses....One piece of wholemeal toast and thinly spread marmalade, or a rye cracker with some cottage cheese
fruit juice

lunch.....baked beans in tomatoe sauce, one pack of micro chips and a portion of any white fish, lightly fried in vegetable oil (no batter or breadcrumbs) drain off oil from fish

or boil in bag haddock, served with one poached egg and one small baked potatoe.

tea.....fresh salad of lettuce, tomatoe and cucumber, served with a small portion of dutch edam cheese and a slice of ham, garnish with 'light' salad cream.

cut down on sugar in your hot drinks, try going down to half, then quarter teaspoon.

if you eat hot cross buns, replace them with currant buns (half the fat)

cut out lardie cakes, chelsea buns, croisants, replace with home-made bread pudding served with low fat custard, cut down on the sugar when making all cakes and puddingsHealth Question & Answer
