Stretch marks/eating disorders etc help im 16:(?!

Question: Stretch marks/eating disorders etc help im 16:(.?
hey...
ok so i was really fit and slim a year ago... due to certain unfortunate events i got depressed and became anorexic and then just ate everything. from 45kg (100lbs) i am now 62kg (137lbs) and i am approximately 1.63m (5'4)
i struggled to accept my body the way it is now, and i escaped my depression.
But i really want to get fit and slim again.
so im gonna start a healthy and happy life tomorrow (monday 1/23/08)
BUT,,,whenever i look and touch my body, i can't help but to feel sad and helpless when i see the stretch marks. (there on my thighs, breasts, love handles etc etc)
Some are still red...
Will i be able to get rid of them.?:(
i want to have a nice and clear complexion again...
i want to lose the extra weight and the marks for the summer.
i wanna get rid of my eating disorders and become happy again..
how can i break the bad habit of eating sweets after lunch.?
sorry for the bla bla and my poor english..(im greek)

Dont worry your stretch marks will fade untill a white/grey colour. I used to have bright red ones everywhere, now they are whitish still kind of gross but i feel a little bit better about them. I have heard a product called Bio-Oil helps to reduce them.

Try and adapt a good diet plan. (search google, theres lots of good sites out there)I recomment drinking herbal tea to beat the cravings for sugary foods. Try replacing sweets with fresh fruit and keeping a food diary can help keep you on track. You should try taking up some fun exercise like dance or swimming. Swimming really worked for me.

Im sorry that you feel you have an eating disorder :( Try talking to your doctor or recieving some therapy sessions. They can really work.

Good luck! If you need to talk you can email me :)Health Question & Answer
