Question: Whats wrong with me, please help.?
k so, im a pretty active person. i either workout or dance (sometimes both) usually 6 days a week. i also do 300 crunches a night. i walk lots of places, and as i say im in good shape and it takes a lot to tire me out.
but lately (i'm talking about since yesterday), i've been getting tired by the smallest things. i couldn't dance my full hour routine yesterday because i got so tired, and today i couldn't excercise at all.
i do eat very little... like, between 800 and 1000 and have for about 2 weeks.
what do you think is causing my sudden lack of energy.?Health Question & Answer

You have answered your own question. You eat very little....with all the calories you are burning in your workouts and no fuel for the fire your body is literally out of gas. Being very active is great but you need to maintain healthy eating habits also. If you keep up the way you are going your muscles will start breaking down (including your heart and major organs) and you will feel even worse than you do now. You are burning way more calories that you are consuming. You aren't giving your body enough fuel to keep going at the pace you are constantly going. You need to eat more calories and make sure it's healthy food. Just like a car, if you don't put enough fuel in it it will eventually just stop.Health Question & Answer

its great that you exercise and stuff but food is what gives you energy and if u dont get enough of it...do i hav to do the math
