Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I think you are too skinny.
Honestly.
And.. you shouldnt be wanting to lose more weight.

You could work out with weights to gain more muscle, then you probably wouldnt be considered 'sickly thin'Health Question & Answer

At 5'1" and 85lbs, you are considered underweight.

That makes your BMI ~16.5, where a healthy range is between 18.5-24.9.

DO NOT lose anymore weight. I wouldn't be surprised if you already have a weakened immune system.

Healthy range for your height would be between 98-132lbs, depending on your body composition (lean body mass vs. fat mass).Health Question & Answer

first of all this is way to thin, Second of all in the weight loss center at http://www.SlimEffects.com you can go to the bmi calculator and it will tell you a healthy range for you.

Best of luckHealth Question & Answer

BMI means Body Mass Index.

And yes...you do look very too skinny for your size. Judging by your height and frame, you should weigh between 101-132 lbs. Refer to link below for more details...Health Question & Answer
