Answers:
No. it may be "healthy" but maybe you want to look more cut. thats your preference. but i would approach it in a healthy manner. meaning no through starvation tactics.

at 135 you should eat 1600 calories approximately.

to be more precise:
130 grams of carbs
130 grams of protein
60 grams of fat

divide that by 3 meals and there you go. women don't have to eat 6 meals per day because they weigh so little.

but eat like this. and start some cardio 3x per week. 30 mins. no higher than 130 beats per minute.

implement some weight lifting 3 x per week.

all three things will have you at your goal in 6-7 weeks.

good luck!

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. Exercise at least 5 times a week for an hour. Eat fruits and veggies with plenty of water and 2 or 3 servings of protein a day. No candy soda or fast food.

My fiance is 5'5" and weighs 105lbs most of which is on her chest. She is very small therefore most wouldn't be healthy at her weight. Find out what your body fat is because it is possible to be skinny but weigh more because its muscle.

Go to your local gym and hire a personal trainer for an hour. They will let you know what you need to do for your body type and goals. It is worth the money for an hour worth of their time because it will help you understand what you need to do to lose the weight the fastest and healthiest.Health Question & Answer

And no its perfectly fine to want to lose weight, just don't become too discouraged if you can't as there can be many things holding you back.

Personally i eat scarcely and drink about 6 sodas a day to stay awake, this seems to work for me but is the exact opposite of what everyone says and it wreaks havoc on your teeth =/.Health Question & Answer

The pattern for losing weight is simple - eat less food and move more - the issues arise when we really try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the real world aren't there.?! The only method which clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I melted away twenty five pounds, it clearly does produce results!Health Question & Answer
