Question: Problem with my diet... and just realized...?
i am 15 years old, 5 foot 7 and weigh from 115-125 depending on the day. (yes i know my weight has a wide range) i have not been happy recently, but i wouldn't say depressed. i have been depressed before but this isn't like that. one of my best friends died about a week ago... i have only eaten a small curly fry from arby's since tuesday.. right now i am shaking... i wasn't even aware that i wasn't eating until this morning. i am afraid to weigh myself again. my parents keep asking me if i'm okay and i can't tell them that i'm not eating... i dont know how i would tell them

i do not look much skinnier, but today i can count all of my ribs, and i've never been able to do that before..

please give me advice on what to do... i don't think i need to go to a doctor, but how can i get my eating habits back to normal.?

Firstly tell your parents that you are emotionally stressed and thats why youre not eating. Otherwise theyll think its an eating disorder or something. Go to your doctor and get therapy for your problems. Remind yourself that you need to eat- set an alarm to go off 3 times a day and make yourself eat something, anything you fancy.

calm down..take deep breaths..drink few sips of water n eat something light like a sandwichn stuff...
take a small nap..n eat again...
