Question: Is my eating irregular.?
i dont eat breakfast
for lunch i always have a turkey sandwitch or just lettuce salad with nothing else
and for dinner u usually have a piece of chicken with a vegetable

if so, you NEED to eat breakfast,it'll help jump yer metabolism,allowing it to burn more calories.but eat something healthy,like an orange[which is a catabolic food.that means you burn more calories digesting it then you consume]
even if you arent trying to lose weight,still eat a healthy breakfast.it will help keep you healthy and maintain yer weight.if you dont,yer body will get used it and slow down yer metabolism,causing you to go into starvation mode and will make you gain weight.
start eating alot of fruit in between meals.othern then that,you have a very healthy meal plan.

eating throughout the day is actually better on your metabolism so eating less slows down your metabolism and your body actually starts to produce more fat because it's getting less nutrients
