Answers:
Most diets reccomend at least 1200 calories a day to lose weight..Once you lose the weight a few more calories is necessary to sustain the weight. Depends on the diet. If you do heavy workouts a few more calories will be needed. Health Question & Answer

For women it's 1200 calories a day
and for men it is 1800 calories a day.
On strength training, do it only 3 days a week. That is if you are using weights.Health Question & Answer

You people are undereating.
With that amount of exercise, something like 2500 - 3000 would be maintenance. Having like 2000 or 1800 calories a day is low enough.Health Question & Answer

it's also about what you eat, and not the exact caloric intake. Make sure you eat healthy carbs like veggies and nuts. stay away from processed foods.Health Question & Answer

It depends on where the calories come from. You could get those calories from healthy meals at strategic intervals, or you could eat a Big Mac before going to bed.Health Question & Answer

No 1400 is normal.
1000-1200 is the least.
Trying doing that, you'll get results faster just make sure you got your protein and all nutrients.Health Question & Answer
