Question: Big boned.?.?Waist!Help.?

I feel like every 2 month my waist gets bigger and I dont think it will stop. My Doctor told me that this will be my height for the rest of my days ( 5'0) and I believe him because Ive been this height since the 6th grade and I'm in High School now. I know I'm big boned but I feel like i cannot wear certain things becuz of this , I get so embarrased. I want my waist/hips to stay this way. Is there any way I can make them look slimmer or make them stop growing.?.?. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Health Question & Answer

Im big boned too..at waist and shoulders...im just on a diet that cuts out most carbs and i personally took out as much sugar as i could...i have these pair of shorts that used to be so tight on me now they fall off and go all the way up to my chest...:DHealth Question & Answer
