Question: What's a good booster or supplement to take before working out.?

Laughing are you.?I have one 6oz.glass everyday before I workout.
There's allot of fruits out there that you can put in them.Anyway, don't knock it 'til you've tried it.
You talk about not feeling run down and having more energy.
And no crashing.Even sleep better.Enjoy that shake and exercise
your little heart out with no guilt.

IMO, you don't need any supplement. Instead of taking a supplement or Steroids or whatever floats your boat, try eating healthy. Eat lots of protein along with some good fats/carbs. Eat alot/Gain alot.Health Question & Answer

drink an espresso:small shot of very strong coffee.
