Cause of Bruising on my Thighs?!
Question: Cause of Bruising on my Thighs.?
I have been noticing bruises on my thighs lately, no where else, just my thighs and I know I didn't get hurt.
What could cause this.? I am on a diet right now, and have lost 11 pounds in a month. could I be lacking some vitamin or something.? I feel like I've been eating healthier but maybe I am lacking some sort of necessary fat or something.?
for my diet I am mainly just watching my portions, no soda, less red meat and pasta. I eat a banana for breakfast and maybe a bowl of cereal or a sandwich for lunch, for dinner I eat whatever, chicken, pot roast, fish, etc... I eat a lot of veggies.
Last night I looked googled "bruising on thighs" and a medical sight with a list of possible causes came up and scary things like Leukemia were on the list. Now I am freaking out.

No need to "Freak Out"...along with your new found diet your body is being depleted of needed nutrients. So you need to Replace these nutrients.
