hey guys!! im fat and need help!!! lol i only wiegh 148 lbs and for my height (5ft 4in) its not considered fat by doctors.... but im have a few flabs maybe 5 - 20 lbs and would like to know how to lose it! oh yeah btw im 14! thanksHealth Question & Answer

Heres the best healthy way, drink 10 glasses of water a day.
eat fruits for breakfast and walk 3 days a week. Dinner 4 hours before bed. This could help you lose about 5-10 pounds a week.

I'm 5'4 and 105 pounds. And I'm considered perfectly healthy (not even close to anorexic). also, there's a big difference between losing 5 and losing 20 pounds.
Basically, my advice to you would be to eat really healthy (DO NOT try to eat less to lose weight...just eat healthier) and work out for at least an hour everyday. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

im not makeing fun of u,but try rideing a bike,joge not run sweat a little,if u drink 10 glass's of water and u retain water u will weight more.Health Question & Answer
