Answers:
Are those women "perfect" because they are very skinny.? It's not easy to recover from an eating disorder. I am 5'8" and weighed 103 lbs. at one point. When I tried to eat normally I would gain and hate myself. Now I am a US size 8, and I have been everything between a US 2 and a US 18. It's good you got a hold of yourself before you died. No, you aren't fat. You seem to intellectually know it but emotionally you don't. Exercise to relieve stress and firm up - it will help you feel better about yourself. Being extremely thin is not everything in life, despite what the media wants to make everyone think. It's more important to be a good person, successful, and kind than it is to torture yourself to be a stick.Health Question & Answer
