Why are ppl so careful/nice when it comes to a person being fat but skinny ppl get so much hate?!

Because "Fat" is an insult, and you don't really want to insult somebody like that. also, overweight people are usually extremely self-conscious, and calling them fat could really take a deep blow to there self esteem.

When you say skinny people get hate, I'm assuming you're talking about the models and such. The reason for this is, when young girls see in magazines impossibly skinny models, they assume that they have to look like that to be socially excepted, which could lead to a lot of eating problems. So the fashion industry gets bashed for promoting unhealthy body figures.
