How do i work out the lower half or bottom half of my pectoral muscle?!

Question: How do i work out the lower half or bottom half of my pectoral muscle.?
I do wide, close and normal push ups and i can see changes the the outer, center and the overall size of them. but the bottom section isnt growing much. i want them to be more rounded, not just large at the top and slant down to very little muscle at the bottom of the chest if that makes sense. Any intelligent personal trainer will tell you that it's not possible to isolate a portion of a muscle. The muscle fires and activates as a whole. With this in mind, you can place 'emphasis' on the lower chest. To do this, you can focus on decline movements such as decline bench press. Additionally, you can place your feet on an object such as bench and do your push ups this way as a change up.Health Question & Answer
