Question: How do you speed up your matabolism.?
I cant eat to much without getting full. Like, i get really full off of half a sandwhich. or half a cup of cereal.

First of all I guess the question is how old are you.? And your metabolism basically stems from your thyroid you either have an over active thyroid where you never gain weight or you have an under active thyroid for you to gain weight than if you have a thyroid problem which controls your metabolism you need to take medication. And by you eat a half sandwich or half cup cereal that basically has to do with the size of your stomach they do say if you eat fruit before meals it helped kick start your thyroid which works are metabolism and the other way is exercise and they also say instead of eating three meals a day you eat six small portions a day keep your metabolism on a steady pace.
Basically, your body is your body if you're that concerned about it talk to your doctor as long as you are healthy and what you are eating is healthy and your body is getting the nutrients it needs.
