Question: How get get rid of a little bit of fat.....?
Hey I'm about 5''5 and 130 pounds, I'm healthy, and I'm a vegan, but I have a tiny bit of fat on my stomach, and it really bugs me, cause the rest of my body is normal! (because I have a feeling someone will say this, I'm NOT pregnant) but I was wondering if you had any tips, I've tried sit ups, but they don't help, because where they make me more tone, I just look fatter because I'm gaining muscle. Your a vegan.....i don't have to say cut the fat because there isn't any fat to cut back on :P

Just remember, diets don't work. If you drink soda, never drink it again. Limit your portions and don't make a pig of yourself if you already do. No more junk/fast food. Limit your intake of processed foods. Drink only water (and plenty of it)/skim milk/orange juice/green tea/calorie-free drink mixes. Don't forget to be patient. Changes don't happen overnight.
