Yes, I have taken it. I would definitely say it is the best protein on the market. Right now I am taking Prolab Glutamine and it works great. My recovery is great and it stops muscle from breaking down. Before I also took Controlled Labs Purple Wraath which is a great amino acid product.Health Question & Answer
