Question: How have you people lost Weight.?
i would like to loose about 15 pounds, how have some people out there successfully lost Weight, did you use a specific diet, a product ETC

Lost nearly that in 6-7 weeks just by reducing my calorie intake by 500-700 per day. I am still losing about 1-2 pounds per week just by counting calories. I still eat what I like and don't do any exercise. It's all about your body using more calories than you eat.

You need to learn what your daily calorie requirement is to maintain your weight and reduce this by 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound per week. It really is that simple, but you need to keep a diary of what you eat and be strict about it.

Look up calorie calculators on the web and read the labels of the foods you eat. You have to work out what you eat and the number of calories in EVERYTHING, right down to your favourite drink.

Don't eat less than 1200 calories per day, you must have more than 800 calories per day to stop your body starving. When starving you will NOT lose weight!

Don't forget as you lose weight you need to use the calculator again and reduce the calorie intake accordingly. Less weight means less calories required to maintain your new lower weight.Health Question & Answer

I just had a gastric bypass, I'm losing about a pound a day! I lost 105 lbs... and I'm an inch away from making it 110.

I did it by first cutting out soda, fast food, and stuff with sugar in it. Then I went a step further and eliminated pretty much anything that was processed- bread, pasta, etc.

I started exercising too- running mostly. Now I eat a diet of fruits, veggies, lean protein and low-fat dairy. I'm a little more relaxed on my "processed foods" rule now.
