How to GAIN weight ?!?!
Question: How to GAIN weight .?!.?
I'm 15 years old, 170cm's tall and only 54KG's (120LBS)
I'm very sporty, and I kickbox, I have barely any fat on me for some reason, although I do eat alotta, meats , veggies etc.
I do weights casually and drink Milk + Sustagen straight after (I'm too young for Protein shakes...the pharmacy says)
I WAS weighing a constant 55-56 KG's BEFORE a 1week camp, after I came back, I lost 2KG's and seem to be stuck at 53-54KG's (It keeps going up and down every single day and it's starting to piss me off!) In the future I want to stay at 70KG's but right now, my target it 60KG's.
What am I doing wrong.?! I really want to add on weight, and if it's a genetic thing... I'm gonna be pissed off LOL...Health Question & Answer

Be patient. I know you probably didn't want to hear that but it's true. Your body is going through a lot of changes right now due to your age.(puberty isn't an overnight thing) Hormones, bone structure, and muscle mass are all constantly changing and adjusting to your ever changing body. Right now your metabolism may be really high so you are burning the majority of your caloric intake.
If you are serious about putting on weight, I'm assuming muscle mass, then you need to watch your calorie and protein intake. Even if you can't get protein for shakes you may be able to get the protein bars. Most meats and dairy products have a high amount of protein in them. Increasing your intake of calories and protein with a healthy workout will most definitely get your added weight. Most of all you need to be patient and consistent with your workout and your diet.Health Question & Answer
