No soda, just water. Try to excercise otherwise there is a drastic change to diet you can do. Couldn't find the link on line so here it goes:

Huge Stew pot
1-2 stalks of Celery (Negative Calorie)
Bag of Carrots
Beef or Chicken Broth (1 box)
French Cut Green Beans (Canned or Fresh)
Bring to a boil and it's ready to go.

Above is the basic recepit. I also add Cut bell peppers, maybe some potatoe or meat but the basic foundation is as stated above. This soup is Negative Calories. That means that your body will burn more calories to digest it than the food itself contains. In my search for health foods it is the only guilt free food you can neck and go right to bed. Eat as much as you want. The more you eat the better. also powdered seasoning is open season and fair game so pile on the salt or lowerys or what ever. If you start this on a Sunday eat a potato on Monday, and all the steak you can shovel on Friday and Saturday. (Your body will need the nutrition in the meat) If you excercise regularly add the meat and potatos to the soup so your body actually has some sort of substance to cling to, then as the soup pot gets low just bring the contents back to boil and add more veggies. also you can eat all the fruit you like. This is recommended for you lunch time through out the week. Save bananna's exclusively for Weds or some point mid week as it will help satify the sweets craving. I did this religiously last year for 3 months and lost 40 pounds. Now when ever I feel like I need to loose a few I just whip up a batch and do it for a week. On a side note, you will crap like crazy at first as your body adjusts to the new eating habit. This is normal. also if you do this every day like I did you'll have those moments when you're looking at your soup bowel and even though you're starving, you really don't want to eat The Soup. When this comes around hop on the scale and you'll feel motivated all over again. This is the eaiest way to loose weight. I promise you dramatic results in one week if you are honest with yourself and stick to it. One week, what have you got to loose.? How bad do you want it.? No excercise, just diet. Man don't worry about the numbers... What you need to do is to just start eating healthy! Good strong breakfast, Lunch, but make your dinner lighter if you wanna loose the weight a little quicker. Eat healthy snacks in between your meals, fruit and veggies preferably. also you need to exercise. Run or jog for cardio. Lift weights, if not for mass for tone but either way the more healthy stress you put on your body, the more it's gonna burn energy. And if you do it while eating healthy, the weight will come off. It will probably be slower than you would like, but here's the thing. Eating less may make it seem like you're losing weight quicker, but your metabolism will slow down too and then when you eat again you will gain it back. If you adapt to a healthy lifestyle, then you will lose the weight and it will stay off for good. See thats the thing - If you want to look good you have to change your lifestyle. And if your a couch potato and that seems hard to do then here's my advice... Get into something that demands a healthy lifestyle. Personally I prefer fighting. I've been a bit overweight all my life but now I'm basically just doing the advice I gave you and man it is definitely working.
