ok so about 6 weeks or more ago i started eating and throwing my food up i lost about 10 kg from it...everytime i stick my finger down my throat it doesnt come out as easily anymore i actually have to push my finger like right down to the point where i can touch this round thing....

iam so sick of doing it and IAM NOT OUT OF CONTROL because i just had something to eat then and i told myself it would be my last time but only half of it came out beacause i gave up it was too hard..
iam so sick of doing this....im not afraid to go back to my normal diet but the thing im afraid of is that i will put my weight back on..will i.? even if i do it properly.? the normal healthy diet way.? anyways i also had the flu but im guessing its not the flu its just one of the symptoms and i also have like this red rash on my neck and its really itchy and now its even reder!

you won't put back on the weight if you slowly up your calorie intake. your body is used to not completely digesting food, so if you slowly start eating normally and gradually get back to eating healthy and not vomiting there should be minimal or no weight gain.

You really should be focussing on your inner health right now instead of your outer appearance. It's good you want to stop this bulimia thing, but stopping may be harder than you think. You are suffering a lot anxiety about your weight, you need to find ways to relax about it.
You have probably lost muscle tissue as well as fat in the last 6 weeks so when you go back to eating normally you probably will gain some back, muscle burns up the calories you eat so its great to have to help you lose weight/maintain a health weight.
Excercise !
It will relieve your anxiety, increase your feel good hormones, help you maintain your weight, help you possibly lose weight and increase muscle mass which will help burn up calories. It also shapes your body in a nicer way than when you lose weight the bad way.
Btw, i would get the flu/rash thing checked out by the quack soon !
