Question: Gym, exercise and fitness....?
does anyone know a good book about how to get motivated to go to the gym .?

To be honest, the motivation must come from within. Sure, if you read a book, it may ignite that motivation, but it is up to you to keep that fire lit. If you are just starting out, break up your goal into small milestones and keep an activity log. By monitoring your activity you can see how you are progressing and when you reach one of your milestones, that there gives you motivation to continue. also, when setting up your milestones, be realistic. Don't say, I want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. It's not realistic if you want to do it the healthy way. No better time to start now. Your diet probably has you feeling tired because you're eating all the wrong things.
