So I recently weight myself and I gained like 10lbs!!!

My parents did it, and there results were awesome! i mean seriously, if i need to loose some poundage, i would use weight watchers! they lost like 20 pounds in like a month, and that is pretty good! and don't take diet pills, they are just unhealthy!Health Question & Answer

if you have been working out, it could mean muscles. dont use scales, theyre realy outdated. u should buy those specialised ones that show What % water, % muscle, % fat , % oxygen etc.
