building your press is a slow process in my experience the best way is to do drop sets (this is not for beginners)

When you have ceased making progress and are getting frustrated, drop sets may be just the thing to get you to the next level. What drop sets allow you to do is to train more intensely which will mean you will need more rest between sets and you will need to keep your workout short (under an hour). Drop sets take a lot of both physical and emotional energy. Whether we are lifting heavy or light, drop sets are the same. After lifting to failure on a set, we immediately jump up, decrease the weight by about 40%, and do as many reps as we can - this takes incredible focus. Don't just choose an arbitrary number of reps you will do, do as many as you possibly can while keeping perfect form. If you didn't do at least 6 reps with good form then next time try dropping by 50% so you can. Now take a well deserved break. Drop sets can be combined with the "Heavy Weight Alternate" technique for a killer workout.Health Question & Answer

The pattern for losing weight is easy - eat less food and move more - the problems appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are lots of stumbling blocks out there aren't there.?! The one diet which really worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I lost 25 pounds, it really does produce success!Health Question & Answer

put enough so whenever you do the set, the last few are hard. u should do this with someone spotting you. i do 10 reps first, then increase one or two when u think ur ready. then when you can do about 25 or 30, then add more weightHealth Question & Answer
