How can i loose weight in like 3months?!


Question: How can i loose weight in like 3months.?
im not over weight as such but , ive got a bit of a belly,i want to loose like 20-25lbs , im going on holiday on the 29th april (my 17th birthday :D) so ive got like 3months.? i dont want a really strict diet (i dont like eggs or fish , nuts ect) but i can do alot of exersise...i would also like a 6pack or is that not relistic for 3month .?

There's no need to go on a really strict regime, or some fad diet (these hardly ever have lasting effects). You'll only lose weight if you're burning up more calories than you're consuming, so just make sure you stay active - try to get at least 30 minutes of brisk activity a day - and try to get those calories from food types which will sustain and fill you, rather than giving you an initial energy kick before turning to fat. As you're still young and growing, it shouldn't be hard to lose weight.
Excercising first thing in the morning, before you've eaten, will kickstart your metabolism... even just doing star-jumps or squats in your room will get your heart rate going.
Eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're full... taking regular sips of water during a meal can help deter you from nibbling once you're full.
Carrot sticks, an apple or a banana can make suprisingly filling snacks!
I'm not certain about how you'd get a 6-pack... probably through some excercise involving your abdominal muscles, like stomach crunches or sit-ups...Health Question & Answer
