it more like sit ups..... push ups makes your arms go huge.....Health Question & Answer

You do use your core muscles while doing pushups, however, they are not being worked enough to properly develop abdominal muscles. Crunches would help you develop abs (add weights to help increase the size). also, to see good definition in the abdominals, you will also need a lower body fat percentage. Don't do situps, in short, they are a waste of effort.Health Question & Answer

no
to acheive large arms you can only excercise them 2-3 times a-week as your arms need to recouver from the last workout to be able to produce the stuff that you need to increase the size of your muscles.

when you do train them tough do it for about 20 minsHealth Question & Answer

No. Most people believe that doing sit ups or stomach crunches will give you abs, but what they don't realise is that sit ups will only get you a bit of the way - it's really important that you strengthen your back as well.

They've not only put in some exercises for you to do, but also tell you the worst ones as well.

If you want them in a month though, you'll be working a LOT more than you think! I was doing that amount for a few months before I got to the stage of seeing abs... properly, anyway.

Hope that helps!Health Question & Answer
