Question: Which weight loss supplement actually works.?.? women..?
I am trying to loose weight. I am 144 lbs at the moment and 5ft 6inches. in the past month a have lost 6lbs just by eating healthy and exercising.
I am going to Puerto Rico in 4 weeks and I want to feel sexy in my bikini

I was wondering what fairly inexpensive weight loss supplement is best and actually works.?.?

Sorry first I am not a woman. But If your goal to lose weight is in 4 weeks, your best bet is to bust booty and run some serious cardio (1 hour a day 4-5 times a week and aim to burn 500-600 calories in that session at least)

Most weight loss supplements take a longer period of time than 4 weeks to see full results. So you will be wasting money by buying one right now.
(Most typical results have took 10-12 weeks for hydroxy cut users)

nothing is worth that.

The one TRUE , sure fire way to lose weight.......is to eat healthy and exercise. Stop any and all junk food, fast food, and chips and that sort of stuff.....and eat healthy. Drink PLENTY of water.....and just exercise. And whatever your weight is, by the time of your vacation......then, you just work that bikini, and don't worry if you are a pound over or under some other schmoe's ideal of the "perfect" weight.

And some curves are NICE. The bony anorexic look is NOT.

Try doing the following, you will loose weight..........

1. A glass of water.
2. A Teaspoon full of Honey.
Add honey in water. Mix it well and drink it!!!
After drinking it try walkin for atleast 15 min.
