Question: Whats the quickest way....?
whats the quickest and easiest (and safest) way to loose a few pounds. My semi formal is coming up in just over a month and i want to look amazing in my dress. Ive tried simple exercised- sit ups, crunches- and i don't see a difference. Any opinions on this would be great! Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Oh My God!!!

That guy that recommended phentermine is an idiot! That stuff is HORRIBLE it' the strongest most addictive stuff out there.. Totally unsafe and makes you feel like crap! I had to take it!

ANYWAYS. A colon cleanse is the best way to go. It cleans out your body and gets all the impurities out. It removes the pounds of built up compacted fat on your insides!
