I need some advice on exercise?!


Question: I need some advice on exercise.?
I have asked a similar question and got replies that did not help at all. So i'm making a new one. Sorry for the repeated question.
I want to lose just a couple of kg in the process of strengthening. Not losing is fine since i'm not overweight. I have recently tried to exercise more to build muscle and stamina and have planned a daily routine.
My routine:
20 lunges each on both legs x3
20 side arm lifts on each arm x2
20 leg lifts x3
20 knee push ups x3
Some weightlifting with random stuff in my house

I also try to eat an apple a day. Hahas.
Any tips/comments.? I don't want anything aggressive though. I only want to become stronger, not become a muscle girl. I weigh 50.3kg and i'm 1.64m. I'm going 15 this year.

Answers:
Don't do the same exercises all the time. Try to switch it up so your body doesn't get used to it. I started off with those workouts, and every now and then I'd do plyometrics for explosive workouts. For good strength, do interval training as well. Here are some of my exercises:

Lateral Hops (with or without medicine ball)
Jumping Lunges
Stairs
Hammer Throws with medicine ball
Plate Walk
Football feet
Tricep Dips
Russian twist
Push-up on bosu

Your routine is fine but to gain more strength you have to do more weight training and concentrate on which part of the body you want to strengthen.

There are cardiovascular exercises, toning exercises and strength exercises. Your routine has cardio and toning mostly. The reps will give you strength. Do your exercises twice a day to get even more strength.Health Question & Answer

U must go swimming daily and don't eat to much fast food.U can also go for a walk of 500m gradually increasing it becomes 1km n then 2-3 km daily in less than 3 month u will see big improvement.I know girls 50kg ,15 years n after doing this they say its amazing.Actually i'am a teacher of biology.Try to do what i said it will help u a lot.And please don't be discourage or feel shy when running.Focus on the task let the others laugh at u.If u will feel shy and stop doing this they will laugh at u for life and stay big.Let them laugh at u only for three month then u will live a life like the others.Good luck,i like answering question like this!Health Question & Answer
