I have Metabolism Issues?!


Question: I have Metabolism Issues.?
I'm 15 year, 1 Month, Male.

I'm about 175cm, 70kg.

I'm a big build, a rugby type build. I'm second fastest in my year, and a really fast sprinter, and I'm really into fitness and sports.

However... there have been times where I do very hard exercise, and hardly eat a thing (long periods of diet & exercise...) and I don't lose jack crap.

I really wanna burn fat and build muslce. Right now, every 2nd day I do a ration of 3KM : 10Mins, on a cross trainer, and improve.. make my goals higher each time.

I just can't seem to burn fat.. ARGH!

I wan't some 1st hand experience advice, on where I can get supplements/pills or whatever, that increase metabolism speed. what exactly they do, and how I should use them.

REAL, first hand experienced, advice please.

Its the lact of eating is the problem!

Your body isnt getting any energy so any cals you are eating is just beign stored as fat! And when ur working out too often without eating then your musles start to burn themselves to work as theres more fuled in the muscle than in fat!

Its a vicious cycle, you need muscle to burn fat, but if ur not eating your just burning muscle which means you will jsut get fatter and fatter!

Change your diet up a little make sure you eat a good breakfast, and drink a big glass of water when you get up, these wake your insides up and speed up ur metabolism!

Diet pills dont really work, they just make you less hungry, and thats not a good thing!

If you do want to supplement buy a good protine powder as this is essential for muscle building/repair, and start lifting weights, if you just want to lose weight and not get massivly muscly lift lighter weigts and do 20 + reps!

Theres your problem. Your body is probably in 'starvation mode' so it's storing everything as fat.

Eat 1500 calories a day, since it sounds like you're really active. Don't do pills and crap, they're really unhealthy and never work.

You need to eat a balanced diet.Exercising hard and dieting,will cause your body to store more fat!
