I am dieting and exercising but....?!


Question: I am dieting and exercising but.....?
I cant go running. I know that running is the best exercise but the track that I run on is covered in snow and has been all winter. So I cant start running until like March when the snow starts to melt. If I run 4 times a week from March until May/June, do you think I can lose 20-25 lbs.? Right now, I am dieting and eating mostly fruits and veggies and protein and drinking a lot of water. I do pilates every night. Will it work.? Thanks?Health Question & Answer

yes, I have lost 24 pounds in 7 week, i don't get much time to exercise.
I do work every night where I'm running around a store.

well..if you run you'll get skinnier but you might not lose the weight you expect because muscle weighs more than fat. running def makes you feel grea though an di highly reccommend it, just don't expect drastic weight lossHealth Question & Answer

if you really push yourself to do it then yeah definetly.
when you start running youll obviously lose more weight.
right now you may not lose 20 to 25 butttt you never know.

You could definitely lose 2 lbs. per week with a smart diet and exercise, so losing 20 lbs. in 8 weeks is doable. I don't see why you can't run in the winter...if you don't want to run in the snow use your school's gym or get a membership.Health Question & Answer
