Question: When do I start to loose weight.?
I have been working out consintently for about 2 months. I am doing "crossfit workout. I am watching what I am eating but I have not seen any results instead I have gained a couple pounds. I dont understand. How long before I can see any results. I am 38 years old 5.2' and I weight 128 LB.Health Question & Answer
