Question: Will I lose more weight with a higher temperature.?
If when i did sport, I would wear some heavy jacket, so that I would be really warm and sweat more, would I lose weight easier.?Health Question & Answer

Sweating is releasing heat. You don't really release fat. The only way to actually lose fat from high temperatures is by practically cooking yourself.

The reason you start sweating is because your body cannot keep in the heat any longer and has to release it to regulate your body. But excess sweating would tire your body a LOT faster than normal since you are expelling the water in your body at a ridiculous rate.

So even if you are losing weight from being extra hot, you're getting a lot less exercising done since you've probably used the water and energy for an hour of exercise in half the time.

Btw, if you want to lose weight, its better to just exercise to a fair amount and eat right. The reason people gain weight is from excess fat in a diet. A correct diet should give you enough energy to carry through the day. So as long as it is a correct diet that doesn't include *much* fats, then any type of movement should allow you to lose fat.Health Question & Answer
