Going on a diet, any tips?!

Question: Going on a diet, any tips.?
I'm 15 and I weight a lot.

I have an eating problem, but I'm ready to admit it, get over it, and start doing something about it.

I'm in high school, 9th grade, but I'm home schooled, because I couldn't take the bullies at public school.

I've always struggled at weight, I've tried loosing, but never put effort into it, but I'm ready to change that.

I'm not making up excuses any more, "can't" will not be in my vocabulary, over all I'm taking a stand.

I need some tips on:

-How long shod I exercise a day.?
-What exercises should I do/try.?
-What should be my daily calorie intake.?
-Would diet pills such as hoodia and green tea supplements be idea.?
-What are some good link to Heath and nutritious recipes.?

I appreciate any help you all can give.

Blessed Be.

Drink loads of water. Our mind often tricks us into thinking that we are hungry when in fact we are thirsty. If you are not a regular exerciser than start slow. maybe 20 mins a day. Try to exercise daily. 3 times a week only maintains. Don't worry about the scale. If you lose 2 pounds a week that is healthy. Take vitamins, get calicum from milk or orange juice. Be careful of juice though it is loaded with calories. Wii fit is good. Weight watchers is good and you can join online. Look into the biggest loser website for tips. Hoodia is only a temporary fix. You need to get on a lifestyle of healthy eating habits. Look into therapy. Congratulations on your new life and god bless.Health Question & Answer

Exercise is just as crucial as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the only method which definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I shed 30 pounds, it definitely does work!Health Question & Answer

1) you dont have to work out too much everyday.. go from easy to hard.. start from 30 mins a day.. then 1.5 hours after 2 wks..
2) the running! slow running like cardio you can control it. but not to fast... from slow to fast...
3) Dont eat aussie fries from the OUTBACK... it has 3500 calories!!!
watch out the calories form on the box or the food introduction... dont make it like 300 cal a bite !!!!!
4) Dont drink too much coke... if you can, order water when u eat out at the restaurants! when you goto the chinese place, ask for the water and tea... diet coke is a horriable thing to me.... yikkks
5) eat more fruits...most of the nutritions are all made with something not healthy i think.. natrual thing would be the best choices... like apple and grape... pick one that you like the most and try to have it more than once per 2 days!
drink more water than ever... dont take pills.. my friend she took once,,, it just made her keeping running to the restroom... we say it is working , but.... who knows...
