How do i get a flat stomach and get rid of inner thigh fat?!


Question: How do i get a flat stomach and get rid of inner thigh fat.?
i've already lost about 35 lbs, now i'm just trying to tone down. i have muscle on my outer thigh but no matter how hard i try i can not get rid of the inner thigh fat! and the upper part of my stomach is somewhat flat, i'm starting to get some abs up there from doing crunches but the lower half will not go away. i've been walking on the treadmill for about 35 min. a day and i do about 35 min. of stretching and crunches, also every now & then i'll go jogging. do anyone any other exercises i can do to tone both of these body parts.? please only serious answers.Health Question & Answer

These are the things that take the most time. You lost a bunch of weight and that's great, toning takes patience. Continue to strength train these areas and maybe step up your cardio a bit. Congratulations on your goals. Okay lets start While lying on your back to do sit ups ... raise your whole legs up and down. (That works out the lower abdomen). As for the inner thigh ... you need resistance in between your legs and then you squeeze it inwards. OH... AND Pills would be my last options.Health Question & Answer

Inner thighs are one of the hardest places to trim fat from your body. You need to burn calories to burn fat, and since the muscles in your inner thighs are small, they don't burn many calories. You're better off working the larger surrounding muscles, like your quadriceps.
