Answers:
Eat about every 3 hours (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack)

Drink A LOT of water

Do resistance training to build muscle - the more you have, the greater your metabolic rate

Always eat breakfast!!

Green tea helps a little bit

Little spurts of exercise throughout the day - a bunch of random starjumps for example when you're lazing around the house or some situps in the morning.

I agree with the above that have mentioned things like eating 6 times a day and green tea is good. But also stores like GNC sell pills that will raise your metabolism, but I don't know how you feel about that.Health Question & Answer
