How to completely tone up?!


Question: How to completely tone up.?
Im not fat really, but I just want to get back in shape, except i get bored of going to the gym, so im going to cancel my membership. Does anybody know types of exercise that will tone me up, and give me abs eventually.? I cant do running either :(

& how long for each day.?

Hey babe Yes Absolutely you can have a toned up Body just following some exercise daily in your home and follow some diet hunnie. I just give out the tips for exercise and diet information dear.

Exercise:
-------------
1. When you wake up go to pee and get out your body waste first.
2 Then have a good amout of water in empty stomach say 500 ml.
3. Then you start your exercise.
--> Just stand in your legs and raise your hand upto you chest in straight and now move you hand in both direction in same time. Repat it for some 50 time (Expand chest and make your boobs structure and make your shoulder stronger)
---> Now stand straight raise your hand above your head and now without bending your knee try to touch your feet (Repeat for some 25 time) you upper and lower belly. and your back.
---> Now you just expand your legs for some distance and just use some weight in your hand ans move your body to the ground in side ways repeat it for 15 times in both side for side hip muscles.
---> Now straight erect and move you leg behind your body for some disatand and have some weight on you both hands and move you whole body down and up so your thigh and bums get shaped. repeat for 10 time.
---> Take push-up and sit-up which reduce your stomach muscles and push-up make your arms tonned up and your chect and boobs get shaped.
3. After this exercise take some 15 minutes rest relax you whole body in bed.
4. Then you have a good warm bath.

Diet:
------

1. Have good amout of water.
2. Have good break fast, lunch less than break fast and dinner less than luch follow this you will have good body structure.
3. Have fruits like strawbreey to make your lips beautiful, Have grapes to make your face tonned and have apple for you good health and bananna for make your stomach clean in morning.

It's normal to get bored after a while. The best way not to, is to exercise with friends. Be creative.

Do not do the same routine over n over again. Jog, Swim, dance, muscle training etc.

Don't cancel ur membership. Do alternate exercise...
Make sure u combine muscle training/ Cardiovaskular (Sit-ups, weight-training, rock-climbing etc) and Flexible Training (Dance, Swimming, Jogging, Running etc).

This will guarantee faster weight loss, and u would feel so much leaner in juz 2 week, if u are hardworking enough....Health Question & Answer
