How many weight watchers points in a portion of edamame?!

It's 1 point. (It's actually .5366, but rounds to 1 point)

Then I went to http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calorie... to find the nutrition value of edamame...a serving yeilds the contents of 10 pods, has 29 calories, 1.4 grams of fat, and .8 grams of dietary fiber. Then I used the calculator to find the answer.Health Question & Answer
