weight fast, she wants to be thin by her sisters wedding in november, She is committed, anyone know how i can help her out! i really want to help her reach her goal, its possible, those people on biggest loser do it.Health Question & Answer

I know how she feels, I have the same problem. I have struggled with my weight for the longest time. I lost 20 pounds... Cereal and Fruit for Breakfast/Eggs/Frozen Waffles..(She doesn't have to starve herself at Breakfast) for lunch I had a salad with all the trimmings (Lots of veggies, no cheese or croutons) I made my own dressing "Apple Cider Vinegar/Olive Oil, Basil and Dill)For dinner it was quite easy. I just got a dinner plate...I filled one half of the plate with vegetables. and on each corner of the other side, I put one piece of protein (Fish, Chicken, Filet Mignon, Pork..etc and the other corner I put one serving of starch. "Rice, 1/2 Baked Potato, buttered pasta..etc.) When I sat down to dinner I hate the vegetables first, and then the protein, and then the starch. By the time I go around to the starch I found that I was already full, and didn't need the whole thing. For dessert I ate frozen Sorbets. They are fat free, tangy and delicious. :) I also ate alot of fruit, berries were my favorite, I also found that eating an apple an hour before dinner helped alot. I can't exercise very well due to two large open wounds in my groin, but I would do 15 minutes of upper body work, or walk a mile tapes.
She will be definitely be thin by november, she has alot of time to get it right, and see what works for her. There is no need to starve or skimp on food, or say no to your favorite food. Everything should be eaten in moderation, but if you give up your favorite food, you will set yourself up for failure.Health Question & Answer

to be honest it thanks aloooot of will power to do it... she needs more incentive to lose the weight off... what if she finds a dress.? and she'l be like f0ck the diet... so she has to have 5-7 incentive to do it...Health Question & Answer
